My learning & growth journey has been helped by some really good accountability partners. Their influence on me has kept me motivated and on track, and I’ve learned a lot from them and with them.
- An accountability partner can be anyone who is interested in either co-learning, co-creating, or collaborating with you to meet some shared defined goal.
- Most of my initiatives have had accountability partners and I rely on them so much that very often I find myself not doing something because I don’t have an accountability partner.
- Well, that’s what has been working for me for the last 3-4 years.
- If you have never had any accountability partner and you feel that you are often disconnected from your learning journeys, I would highly recommend you get one and try it in your next learning initiative.
Here is a list of some of the awesome folks that have helped me realize the importance of peer power.
My reason for writing this blog post is to share something that motivated me for this style of learning. I saw this video in TestFlix 2020 by Helena Jeret.
